Each product page includes a size guide with garment measurements in centimetres. These refer to the garment itself, not your body. We recommend measuring a similar piece you already own and comparing it to the chart.

Some of our pieces come in a single, free size. These are designed with a relaxed, flowing cut that sits comfortably across a range of body types. Exact garment measurements are still listed in the size guide so you know what to expect.

Delivery times are listed on each product page. Most items are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Some pieces take up to 15 working days depending on the item.

Care depends on the fabric. As a general guide, we recommend hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning for most pieces. Avoid wringing or tumble drying. Iron on low heat if needed. Specific care instructions are included with each order.

ZAN operates on a limited release model. Each collection is produced in small quantities, and once a piece sells out, it may not return. If something catches your eye, we recommend ordering while it's available.

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To arrange a return, contact us on WhatsApp at [number]. Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability.
