Fit

This item is a Tent Fit.

Close at the shoulder, neck and cuff. Wide everywhere else. The chest panel holds the top of the dress in place and the skirt falls full from underneath it, so nothing sits against the waist or hip.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide with garment measurements in centimetres. These refer to the garment itself, not your body. We recommend measuring a similar piece you already own and comparing it to the chart.

What does Free Size mean?

Some of our pieces come in a single, free size. These are designed with a relaxed, flowing cut that sits comfortably across a range of body types.

How long will my order take?

Delivery times are listed on each product page. Most items are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Some pieces take up to 15 working days depending on the item.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the UAE only.

Product & Care

How do I care for my garment?

Care depends on the fabric. As a general guide, we recommend hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning for most pieces. Avoid wringing or tumble drying. Iron on low heat if needed. Specific care instructions are included with each order.

Will this item be restocked?

ZAN operates on a limited release model. Each collection is produced in small quantities, and once a piece sells out, it may not return. If something catches your eye, we recommend ordering while it's available.
